I love this quote. Those few words give me the confidence to believe in myself and pursue my dreams.  However, after many years of assisting parents towards the family of their dreams, I’ve discovered that most of us do not even know what our dreams are!

No wonder it all sometimes seems overwhelming, to drive in the direction of our dreams with our hands on the wheel.

We haven’t taken the time to decide where we want to go -- let alone how we plan on getting there. We’re too busy being human “doings” rather than human “beings”.

This page is dedicated to helping you tap into that sometimes quiet part of yourself -- the place where your dreams live.  I’d like to encourage you to take some time to relax and have some fun.

We don’t schedule ‘down time’ into our days, but in order to lead balanced lives (and practice balanced consistent parenting), we owe it to ourselves to relax, rejuvenate, and tap into the creative part of ourselves.

If it’s hard for you to carve out some time for yourself, keep at it.  You will be surprised at how much better you feel with some quality “Me” time! And a stronger "Me" certainly helps add strength to the family as a unit, and each members' individual likes, dislikes, dreams, hopes and talents.

Please accept our gifts to assist you on your journey to being a more relaxed, calm
and successful parent.
